Hi,
I have a client whose machine has detected Bloodhound.NeuralMBR during every scheduled weekly scan. The actual action is left alone which makes the machine not safe to work on.
However, we have tried all the other ways to get rid of the risk which includes the following, but it still pops up in the weekly scheduled scan:
1) Perform a Full manual scan on the whole machine > no risk found
2) Re-imaged the machine but the risk is still being detected on the scheduled scan.
Client is using 12.1 SEP.
Do advise if there is any way we can remove the risk from the machine.
