Virus definitions clients show how out-to-date on SEPM but clients are updated.

I configured the report in SEPM "Virus Definitions out-of-date" to list the clients with definition older than 15 days virus. But in the SEPM console is showing how out-to-date to the clients that are upgraded.
Can someone help me?
