PGP Virtual Disk

I have PGP instaled with 4 virtual Disk,

This morning virtual disk did not show up. I refresh the PC and apps were deleted.

When I went to install PGP, it says I need to pay for renewal (I had Universal PGP version installed).

How can I recover the information on the VD?
